This Association of Churches in Nicaragua formed in the early 1990’s and Faith provided training and equipping for approximately 30 pastors and congregations. Over the years they have started additional churches and developed a seminary where pastors are regularly trained so FCC has begun transitioning out of our financial support. They are an amazing example of God’s work in a very difficult country so let’s pray together for them.

Nicaragua is a beautiful land of rolling hills, and its people are gracious and friendly. However, this country has experienced political upheaval, extreme suffering, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, and hurricanes. From a human standpoint this has all been negative, but praise God that His work is not thwarted by the effects a fallen world. The sufferings of the people of Nicaragua have brought many to God. The major crisis facing the Nicaraguan Church at this time is lack of trained leadership and sound Biblical teaching.
